The natural brief
Almost every patient who sits down with Erika opens with some version of the same sentence: they want to look better, and they do not want anyone to know why.
That brief is harder than it sounds, and it is mostly a question of restraint and sequencing — which product, how much, where, and in what order across several appointments rather than all at once. It is also a question of saying no. If what you are asking for would not look natural on your face, she will tell you, and propose what would instead.

What a first appointment looks like
A consultation, usually. What you are hoping to change, what is realistic, what it would involve and what it would cost — before anything is scheduled. You will leave with a plan and a number, and you are under no obligation to start that day.

Part of a medical practice
Erika injects inside a gynecology practice rather than a standalone med spa, which is a meaningful difference: Dr. Christina Gomez, D.O. is on site, and the aesthetic side sits alongside hormone and wellness care rather than apart from it. For a lot of patients the skin concern and the hormonal one turn out to be the same conversation.
Outside the office
Erika earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master's as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of South Florida, Magna Cum Laude, and is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. In her free time she enjoys family, travel, exercise and golf.
